First step would be requesting an air ambulance quote. In order to receive a quote, we require the following information:
	Contact details of the person requesting the quote (name and telephone number, email),
	Current location where the Patient is,
	Destination,
	Patient's medical condition, date of birth and weight (to check if bariatric transfer might be required),
	Anticipated travel date.

In order to confirm the acceptance of the quote, the person responsible for financing the medical transfer has to sign the quote and return it to us.

Then Jet Medical Flights will take care of all arrangements for the medical transfer both by air ambulance. These are:
	Finalising details for the air ambulance flight with appropriate level of care required by patient,
	Arranging land ambulance or alternative transport to and from airports,
	Confirmation of travel itinerary,
	Full communication with all parties involved during the medical transfer.
